Kinetomancy is the magic of energy and movement.
Description[]
It primarily encompasses spells that gives the wielder the ability to move objects with their will.[1] Harry Dresden frequently uses kinetic force when fighting villains, his most common spell word being Forzare!'.[2]
He has rings for his fingers in which he stores up kinetic energy that he can use to send blows at a distance to attack foes. He regularly refills them by punching on a punching bag, they also slowly charge up from his everyday movements.[3]

Turn Coat[]

In Turn Coat, during the "handover" on the island of Demonreach, Ebenezar McCoy used kinetomancy on Binder's Grey Men. McCoy also used it on Lara Raith when she wanted to go hunt for Binder with Harry Dresden.[5]
Ghost Story[]

In Ghost Story, Harry Dresden said that Aristedes has some form of kinetomancy to make himself move as fast as he does.[6] On the day that Dresden came home early from school to find Elaine enthralled and Black Magic in the air, Justin DuMorne threw kinetomancy at Dresden which Dresden used to propel himself out the window to escape.[7]
